Syria is set to host two exhibitions dedicated to Iran's top anti-terror commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, in conjunction with his first martyrdom anniversary.
The exhibitions are mounted by Syria’s Culture Ministry in collaboration with Iranian cultural organizations.
One of the exhibits is titled “Only for God”. It will display posters depicting the behavior of General Qassem Soleimani in the Aburmaneh cultural center in the capital, Damascus, on January 6, 2021.
The other exhibition in the capital is titled “Narrative of Love” and will be held in January at the Kafarsouseh cultural center.
It will display photos of the funeral processions for General Soleimani which saw millions of mourners pouring into the streets.
Martyr Soleimani, who was the commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), was assassinated by the US at Baghdad’s international airport on January 3.
